If we spend $12 trillion dollars a year on federal programs for the working class and poor, and fiant fund that U.S. government bank account annually, what effect would that have on our U.S. economy?

First of all, we wouldn’t be borrowing any money from anyone – and therefore would not be incurring interest charges on our own self-funding apparatus.

Secondly, it is difficult for many to wrap their minds around the concept and reality of our government spending trillions without borrowing the money and without negative consequences for our current or future economies: however, it is true we can spend without negative consequence; in fact, we can spend trillions with the most positive consequences.
